Untuk menginstal office pada Panther ternyata cukup ribet juga, karena kalo pake Open Office terbaru mentok di OS, pake Neoofice juga sama. Ternyata office yang cocok untuk Panther adalah Open Office 2.1, untuk instalasinya sangat mudah.

Download dulu X11 untuk panther disini, dan open officenya disini. Abis itu tinggal instal X11 dan Open Officenya.

Kemaren kebetulan ada temen bawa ibook g3 dengan os Panther 10.3.9, dia beli webcam logitech serinya berapa ga tau. Kata dia itu webcam bisa untuk mac osx juga [kata penjualnya], makanya dia ambil tuh webcam. Setelah dicoba ternyata ga bisa dipake tuh webcam, diliat di dus webcam nya ga ada tulisan buat mac nya, cuma support window$ xp, vista, and 7. Pusing dah, setelah tanya2 pada simbah google akhirnya nemu macam.

macam is a driver for USB webcams on Mac OS X. It allows hundreds of USB webcams to be used by many Mac OS X video-aware applications. The aim is to support as many webcams as possible.

Akhirnya gw coba download lah tuh si macam, dan ternyata webcamnya bisa berfungsi dengan baik.
